I loved this - I love this grey area with deities, especially the ones who have infamous reputations or are typically associated with negative things. This almost feels like a "slice of life" short, but with a twist. So good!
Thank you! It’s a totally different format from the first one. I have a couple like this, and another one from a deity’s POV. Can’t decide which to publish next - Nyx, Erevos or Chaos.
OOH the only deities I've heard about between the three are Nyx and Chaos and they are both fascinating. I think I tried looking Nyx up when I was a kid because I wanted to use that name for a character, but I can't remember much of what I read 😅
I think I might go for Erevos then! (Let me just check I’ve finished it…!) Oh, and in English it’s Erebus, actually. I was writing it the way we say it in Greek (oops.) He was Nyx’s brother - son of Chaos. And don’t worry - I can’t remember much of what I read YESTERDAY these days!
True ... it's her nature, which isn't her fault (no surprises, she's another casualty of Zeus not being able to keep it in his pants and Hera getting jealous!) But I was kind of sad about Joe. He really was a nice guy.

AAAH that is so COOL. I had no idea Nyx even had a brother (shows how much I remember lol)! I absolutely cannot wait to read about him 💜
Well, in the grand tradition of Greek mythology, it was a siblings/spouse arrangement … I’m not going into that!
